This is week three of my continued tribute to those special people who have helped to make my life full.
This woman does so much for a great many people.
It is fitting that this post appears on the very day that Celia opens her new venture, SpeakEasy Therapies and Fitness.
It is destined to do great things for a great many people.
If you haven’t noticed, for the past several months I have been ending my BLOG with the lyrics of a song. Always reflecting the general sentiment, of the post I have written that week. Before, I haven’t ever disclosed the song until the end of the post.
Except sometimes with the title when I’ve forgotten to remove it.
This week, however, I am doing things a little differently.
This week’s song is Cecelia by Simon and Garfunkle.
I grew up listening to their music. I guess you could say I’m a fan.
If you’re scratching your head and wondering who they are, it’s Google time. And while Cecelia isn’t really her name, it’s close enough that I guess everyone associates it with Celia, the topic of this week’s BLOG.
First, let me point out that I have chosen this particular song because of a conversation that Celia and I had one day while I was still in the hospital.
I suppose you could say it’s OUR song.
Only this is a song that Celia actually hates.
Second, the lyrics do not hold any meaning this week. Don’t get me wrong, I adore the woman. I’m certain I’m in the majority of anyone that knows her. I hope she doesn’t take offense at my saying this, but I am protective of her as if she were my own daughter, and on many levels, I look at her as such.
In the short time, I have known her, just over a year now, I have been impressed by her drive, as well as her determination to help others.
I’m extremely lucky in that I seem to attract those types of people.
They say that opposites attract.
I guess that doesn’t make me look very good.
Celia found the machine I create our BLOG on, and she created a GoFundMe that raised the money which bought it. She gave me the gift of communication which was huge.
I will forever be indebted to her. I could rename this BLOG the Celia Montes BLOG, and as is the case of my wife and Lydia, I would never run out of good things to say.
If you’ve never had the pleasure of meeting Celia, let me tell you, the woman has an enormous heart.
I’ve said it many times, Celia I love you, my friend.
And I’ve told you many times as well, but it bears repeating, THANK YOU for all that you’ve done for me and continue to do on a daily basis.
You definitely are an angel in my eyes! Next week I will be honoring my wife. As I continue to recognize all the special people in my life. Once again, don’t forget to become a member of the new Facebook page BEDHEAD BOB NEWS DAILY
This is a way you can have direct communication with me, should you ever have a need to. You will also meet others that read this BLOG. Thank you for all your support!
Cecelia, you’re breakin’ my heart
You’re shakin’ my confidence daily
Oh, Cecelia, I’m down on my knees
I’m beggin’ you please, to come home
